Within our Continuous Improvement & RPA team – part of Group Business Services – we help move the organization forward by digitizing and automating processes.

Our team is a mix of young and experienced specialists in data, process improvement, and technology. Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Junior Innovation Specialist to join us.

What will you do?
As a Junior Innovation Specialist, you’ll help improve administrative processes at Vion using smart digital solutions. No two days are the same. Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing and improving processes using digitization and automation

• Working with tools like Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, and Power BI

• Applying AI solutions with Microsoft CoPilot Studio

• Collaborating with colleagues from finance, IT, and other departments

• Supporting and training users on how to use new digital tools

You’ll receive proper guidance and plenty of room to grow. Don’t worry if you don’t know everything yet – we value motivation and eagerness to learn more than having all the answers.

What do you bring?
We’re looking for a starter with a fresh perspective and a genuine interest in technology and processes. You have:

• A completed mbo, hbo or university degree (for example in finance, business administration, IT or engineering)

• An interest in digitization, automation, and process improvement

• Maybe some experience with Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI – but it’s not required

• An analytical mindset and a hands-on approach

• The motivation to grow and learn new skills

• A residence in the Netherlands and a valid work permit (we do not offer relocation)
