Dispatch Coordinator

The Role

In this role, you have a coordinating role in the Dispatch department. You act as the link between various parties, namely production, planning, customers, and country offices, to ensure that orders leave correctly. You ensure the completeness of orders. If something deviates, you take responsibility for resolving it. You think ahead, are a real doer, have problem-solving abilities, and can work both in a team and independently.

Your responsibilities include

• Providing information to external parties regarding cargo and transportation

• Switching between country offices, customers, and carriers

• Creating and preparing drive registrations

• Checking and tracking orders to be shipped
  

Profile

• Proficient in both Dutch and English and easily connect with people

• Have an MBO level of education and thinking

• Have previous experience with systems (Innova, Excel) and processes and quickly pick up new tasks

• Available full-time and willing to work in two shifts (between 06:00 - 23:00); morning shift from 05:30 to 14:45 and afternoon shift from 14:45 to 22:45

• Willing to work on Saturdays if needed (you'll have a weekday off in exchange)
